The IHIAA was set up in March of 2008 to to focus on training, supporting and uniting independent agents. Since our launch we have experienced extremely rapid growth. Recently we have started “lunch and learn” sessions around the country which gives our members a change to meet, have fun and trade ideas.
We also offer a wide array of discounts through our affiliates. Members can literally save thousands a year through discounts such as E&O, quote engines, leads, CRM’s, etc…
However, what we are most proud of is our community atmosphere. We don’t have to tell most agents that sitting in your office trying to figure out how to best maximize your career is both difficult and boring. Chances of success are far greater when you’re a part of an organization that can provide the atmosphere needed to attain that success.
